Sustainability

Metro Group Architects works with corporations, government, and other organizations to evaluate their current environmental impact (carbon footprint, waste generation, procurement policies, etc.) Metro Group develops sustainability best practices, policies, guidelines, communication systems, and infrastructure to enhance environmental and social stewardship to increase or improve, market position, and ongoing financial success. Based on the USGBC’s current guidelines, we develop programs and policy for new or existing buildings. We assist our clients in defining and reaching their sustainability goals. Services in this area include assessment of current practices and performance levels, establishing stakeholder commitments and objectives, benchmarking against LEED or other sustainability criteria, and managing data and reporting.
